Mike Thorpe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOSO Capital Advisory Inc., a commercial real estate debt and equity advisory and placement firm focused on helping sponsors capitalize and execute transformative projects.
Mike works directly with developers, owners, and operators to structure practical, market-driven financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and joint venture equity. He understands that capital is more than just pricing — it’s about certainty of execution, alignment, and long-term partnership.
With a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, Mike is deeply involved in every stage of the process — from initial underwriting and capital stack strategy through lender negotiations and closing. He has built strong relationships across banks, debt funds, private equity firms, and family offices, enabling MOSO to create competitive tension and deliver solutions tailored to each project’s business plan.

Sabrina Liu serves as Senior Vice President at MOSO Capital Advisory Inc., where she leads underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction execution across the firm’s debt and equity placements.
Sabrina partners closely with sponsors to translate business plans into institutional-quality underwriting and marketing materials that resonate with capital providers. Her expertise spans detailed cash flow analysis, capital stack structuring, sensitivity modeling, and lender/investor coordination across asset classes.

Rudy Medina
Rudy Medina is a Senior Vice President at MOSO Capital Advisory Inc., where he focuses on deal sourcing, sponsor relationships, and capital strategy. With deep, hands-on development experience, Rudy brings a real-world owner’s perspective to every assignment.
Having worked directly in development, Rudy understands entitlement risk, construction execution, lease-up dynamics, and capital timing from the inside. This experience allows him to structure financing solutions that align with how projects are actually built and operated — not just how they look on paper.
